I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2008 and have been working in small animal practice since then. I enjoy being an all-round general practitioner, performing medical investigations and soft tissue and basic orthopaedic surgery. In 2013 I gained my General Practitioner Certificate in Opthalmology and enjoy seeing animals with eye problems, both from my colleagues and other local practices. As well as seeing cats and dogs I find treating rabbits and rodents rewarding. I have just started my Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice, with a focus on medicine. When I'm not working I enjoy walking with my dog Murphy and friends (especially if there's a chance of a picnic or a pub lunch!). In 2017 I walked over 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain. I also go to Pilates and try to get to the gym!
