We will always aim to provide home visits where necessary but please be aware that we can generally perform a more thorough examination and treatment if your pet is seen at the hospital where we have full access to all the necessary equipment, medication and support staff.
Please try to provide as much notice as possible when requesting a home visit so that we can accommodate your needs. Usually if you can let us know before 9.00am we will try to visit that same day.
If transport is difficult for our clients, then we can offer a collection/delivery service through our ambulance service for the pet which involves a member of staff coming to your home to collect the patient and deliver them home later in the day.
Our ambulance allows easier transport of patients to and from Moor Cottage when the need arises.
